State of Readiness

- Condition One: Attack is present, or imminent. The CIC is locked down and the ship's commander is on station.

- Condition Two: Threat probable, but not present.

- Condition Three: This is the "all clear" alert, returning crews to their normal, day-to-day non-combat duties after Conditions One or Two. This is normal cruising during wartime.

I met Tricia Helfer yesterday! For those heathens who don't know who she is, she plays Number Six on the greatest show on Earth, Battlestar Galactica.

Yes.

I also went and saw Aleks Syntec in concert, next door in the Presidential parking lot. He has great tunes. A lot of great music I hadn't heard before (which I'm going to download!) and songs which wrinkle the soul.

I also met someone last night. She beautiful, funny, successful and older than me. Her name is Carla. And due to the fact that my head was up my ass at the time, that's all I know. Her name is Carla and she works for Zara.

No person has their entire destiny written. Destiny just takes you to a point and give you a series of choices. When this usually happens to me, I just run around like a headless chicken, for some reason. But, maybe I'll see her down the road again.

You never know.
